Lesson Overview

1.119 – Who Are You Without the Mirror?: Without a mirror, you’d have to define yourself by something deeper than reflection. You’d start to notice your laughter, your kindness, your ideas — the real pieces of who you are. The mirror shows shape and color but can’t measure spirit. When your self-image depends on what you see, it’s fragile; when it depends on what you feel, it becomes strong. Ask yourself who you are when no one is watching, when no camera or filter exists. You are more than features — you are a story full of courage, humor, and hope. Mirrors reflect moments, not meaning. The people who love you don’t love a reflection; they love your presence. You can still enjoy how you look while remembering you are much more than appearance. When you stop letting the mirror decide your worth, your reflection starts to look a lot kinder.
