Lesson Overview

10.2 Accepting Your Healing Pace: Accepting your healing pace means recognizing that recovery cannot be rushed or compared to others. You learn to trust that your journey has its own timing based on your experiences, emotional needs, and personal resilience. When frustration appears, you remind yourself that slow progress is still progress. You take breaks when needed, knowing that rest is part of healing — not a delay. You stop criticizing yourself for not being “better” yet, and instead focus on the strength it takes to continue forward. Patience becomes a form of self-love as you allow healing to unfold naturally and gently. You begin to feel peace in trusting the process, understanding that every step, no matter how small, moves you closer toward wholeness.
