Lesson Overview

8.8 Developing Courage Through Action: Courage is not the absence of fear—it is choosing to move forward even when fear is present. You learn that waiting to feel fearless before taking action keeps you stuck in the same place. Instead, you take small meaningful steps, each one showing your brain that you can survive discomfort and still move toward your goals. You realize that courage grows stronger every time you choose progress over fear. You give yourself credit for every effort, knowing that bravery looks different for everyone. With each action, fear loses influence, and confidence rises. Courage becomes part of your identity because you have proven to yourself that you do not need to be perfect or comfortable to keep going.
