Lesson Overview

8.6 Learning to Challenge Self-Doubt: Self-doubt is a voice that tries to convince you that you are not ready, not worthy, or not capable of succeeding, even when your actions and progress show otherwise. You learn to recognize when that voice appears and question whether it is protecting you or limiting you. Instead of letting doubt stop you, you gather evidence of your strengths—past achievements, moments of courage, and the resilience you’ve shown in hard times. You practice speaking to yourself with encouragement rather than criticism, reminding your mind that growth happens through effort, not perfection. You begin taking small steps outside your comfort zone so you can prove to yourself that you are stronger than the doubt that tries to hold you back. Over time, self-doubt becomes quieter because your confidence grows louder with every brave choice you make. Challenging doubt becomes a habit that supports your dreams and shows you that you deserve every opportunity you work for.
