Lesson Overview

10.4 Learning Self-Forgiveness and Release: Self-forgiveness allows you to let go of blame and shame that keep you trapped in past pain. You learn to acknowledge mistakes while remembering that you were doing the best you could with what you knew at the time. You challenge inner criticism that tells you that you should have known better, choosing compassion instead. You practice releasing what you cannot change and redirecting energy toward what you can do now. Forgiving yourself does not erase experiences — it frees you from carrying them like a weight. This freedom makes space for confidence, healing, and new beginnings. The more you forgive, the more you open your life to growth without fear of who you once were.
