Lesson Overview

2.7 Practicing Mindful Observation of Thoughts: Mindful observation means watching your thoughts come and go without jumping into them. You learn that you can see a thought without believing it or reacting to it. This creates distance between your mind and your emotions so feelings don’t take over as quickly. You begin to understand which thoughts are helpful and which are just noise. The more you observe without judgment, the more peaceful your inner world becomes. Your thoughts are visitors—you decide which ones get to stay.
