Lesson Overview

8.3 Breaking Fear-Based Decision Patterns: Fear-based decisions are choices made to avoid discomfort rather than pursue what is right for your life. You learn to notice when fear tries to speak for you, often through thoughts that exaggerate danger or predict negative outcomes without evidence. Instead of letting fear decide, you pause and ask whether the choice supports your goals or limits your future. You learn to expect some discomfort when making brave decisions, and rather than avoiding that feeling, you let it become a sign that you are growing. Each time you choose courage over fear, your life expands and your belief in yourself deepens. Fear becomes a visitor—not a ruler.
