Lesson Overview

13.12 Building Confidence in Uncertain Situations: Confidence in uncertain situations grows as you collect experiences that prove you can handle the unknown. You take small steps outside your comfort zone — speaking up, trying something new, or making decisions without having every answer. You allow yourself to feel nervous while still choosing action, and each completion becomes evidence of your strength. You replace fear-based predictions with reminders of your past resilience. Over time, uncertainty becomes less threatening because you’ve shown you can rely on your own abilities when life surprises you. Confidence doesn’t remove uncertainty — it helps you rise above it.
