Lesson Overview

8.7 Rewriting Limiting Beliefs: Limiting beliefs are thoughts that quietly tell you what you can’t do, often shaped by past experiences or others’ judgments. You learn to identify beliefs like “I’m not good enough,” “Things never work out for me,” or “I always fail,” and you begin to question whether these beliefs match the person you are becoming. You replace limits with supportive truths such as “I learn quickly,” “I can improve with practice,” and “I deserve to grow.” Every time you rewrite a belief, you open a new possibility in your life that was once locked away by fear or assumptions. These new beliefs help you approach challenges with hope rather than hesitation. As your mindset shifts, your behavior follows, and opportunities that once felt unreachable become part of your future.
