Lesson Overview

12.11 Managing Restlessness Productively: Restlessness is energy looking for a direction, so you learn to give it a purpose instead of letting it distract or overwhelm you. You move your body throughout the day — stretching, walking, or using fidget tools — to release physical tension. You plan bursts of activity between focused tasks to keep your brain refreshed, not drained. Instead of forcing stillness, you find ways to work with movement, like studying while pacing or using gestures to stay engaged. Restlessness becomes a strength when it fuels focus, creativity, and momentum. You discover that your body’s urge to move is not a problem — it is a resource.
