Lesson Overview

8.10 Letting Go of Mental Blockades: Mental blockades are invisible walls built from fear, doubt, or negative experiences that make progress feel impossible. You learn to identify when a blockage is present—like feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or convinced you cannot move forward. Instead of accepting the blockade, you break it down by exploring the truth behind it: What are you afraid of? What belief is stopping you? What small step can help you move again? You learn that blockades lose strength each time you challenge them. Little by little, you push through what once felt unbreakable, creating more space in your life for confidence, possibility, and hope. You realize the wall was never as strong as your desire to grow.
