Lesson Overview

11.41 – Using Color, Fabric, and Style to Boost Your Mood: Colors influence emotion; bright tones energize, while soft shades soothe. Fabrics also change how your body and mind connect—cotton relaxes, wool comforts, silk uplifts. Notice which combinations make you feel lighter or more focused. Dressing intentionally becomes mood therapy without cost. When mornings feel dull, wear something that reflects optimism; on anxious days, choose calming neutrals. Small accessories—a scarf, bracelet, or hat—add controlled creativity. This daily awareness transforms clothing into emotional support. Matching mood to attire is self-communication that says, “I’m paying attention to me.” Over time, patterns emerge showing how color and texture shape confidence. The wardrobe becomes more than fabric—it becomes a toolkit for self-regulation and quiet empowerment.
