Lesson Overview

31.8 – Avoiding Common Morning Distractions: Avoiding common morning distractions protects the calm and clarity you build through routine. Resist checking your phone or social media immediately after waking—digital noise can overwhelm your focus before the day begins. Set boundaries for electronics by waiting until after breakfast or preparation tasks are complete. Keep the TV off if it causes delays or unnecessary stress. Instead, use quiet time to stretch, breathe, or think about your goals. Create a simple morning space—organized, free of clutter, and peaceful. Limiting distractions preserves your momentum and helps you start every day with purpose. The fewer interruptions you allow, the stronger your ability becomes to direct your energy where it truly matters.
