Set up labeled containers to grab meals quickly. Keep your environment motivating by playing music or podcasts during prep. Adjust recipes for your taste and portion needs to avoid monotony. Over time, your system will feel automatic rather than forced. When you control your food flow, you gain mental clarity and consistency.
