2.25 – Identifying When You’re Hungry or Full: Recognizing hunger and fullness is a skill of awareness and respect. True hunger builds gradually and feels in your stomach, not your emotions. Emotional cravings often come suddenly or for specific comfort foods. Pause before eating to ask what your body truly needs—energy, hydration, or comfort. Eat slowly and notice textures, flavors, and satisfaction levels. Stop when food no longer tastes as strong or your stomach feels gently full. Ignoring cues can lead to fatigue or overeating, while tuning in promotes balance. Learning this connection builds trust between mind
