32.5 – Setting a Regular Bedtime: Setting a regular bedtime keeps your body in sync with its natural rhythm and maximizes sleep efficiency. Choose a bedtime that allows for seven to nine hours of rest and stick to it consistently, even on weekends. Going to bed at different times confuses your internal clock, making it harder to fall asleep or feel rested. Establishing a fixed schedule helps you wake up more refreshed and focused. Treat your bedtime as a non-negotiable appointment with your health. Set reminders or alarms if needed to signal when it’s time to start winding down. Consistency builds predictability, which supports both mental and physical balance. A regular bedtime reinforces self-care, discipline, and a steady lifestyle built around well-being.
