Lesson Overview

7.12 – Keeping Your Bedroom or Sleeping Area Tidy: Your bedroom mirrors your state of mind more than any other space. Making your bed daily resets the tone for order and calm. Clear floors reduce accidents and mental clutter simultaneously. Dusting surfaces and washing sheets refreshes air quality and promotes restful sleep. Keeping only essential décor limits distraction and invites peace. A tidy bedroom becomes a sanctuary rather than another stressor. Folding laundry immediately prevents pile buildup that subconsciously weighs you down. Lighting candles or opening curtains adds energy and positivity. The more intentional you are, the easier rest and recovery become. Clean spaces create clean thoughts, helping you wake ready to meet life with clarity.
