Lesson Overview

25.6 – Managing Screen Time and Focus: Managing screen time and focus helps you balance technology use with real-world priorities. Too much screen exposure can strain your eyes, disrupt sleep, and drain mental energy. Create daily limits for phone or computer use, especially during meals and before bed. Schedule short breaks every hour to stretch, move, and rest your eyes. Turn off unnecessary notifications to reduce distractions. Use technology intentionally—for productivity, learning, or connection—not just out of habit. Protecting your focus increases concentration and emotional balance. Track your screen time weekly to stay aware of patterns and adjust as needed. Managing devices mindfully gives you control over technology instead of letting it control you. This balance fosters healthier relationships, better sleep, and greater clarity throughout your day.
