43.5 – Trusting Your Intuition in Uncomfortable Situations: Trusting your intuition helps protect you from danger when logic alone isn’t enough. Your gut feelings come from subtle cues your brain notices before you consciously process them. If something feels wrong, listen and act quickly. Moving to a safer area or contacting someone you trust can make all the difference. Intuition is not fear—it’s awareness responding to discomfort. When you learn to recognize that internal alert, you empower yourself to take control. Avoid ignoring signals because you don’t want to seem rude; your safety is more important than social politeness. Rehearsing safe exits or backup plans strengthens your response in real moments. With practice, trusting intuition becomes second nature. Confidence in your instincts helps you stay composed and make protective choices calmly and effectively.
