Lesson Overview

1.20 – How to Know When You’re in Danger: Sometimes your body senses danger before your brain does — a fast heartbeat, tight stomach, or sudden urge to leave are early alarms you should respect. If someone’s tone, posture, or behavior shifts sharply, trust that instinct and step back. Safe people don’t demand silence or hide your choices; unsafe ones isolate and control. Always know the fastest exits in any room and who nearby could help. If you feel watched or trapped, move toward crowds, light, or authority figures immediately. Keep your phone accessible but silent for discretion. The goal isn’t to live in fear but to react quickly before harm happens. Trusting your gut is wisdom built from experience, not paranoia. Each time you listen to it, you strengthen your survival intelligence — the voice that always wants you safe.
