Lesson Overview

1.52 – When You’re the Only One Who Knows You’re Not Okay: Hiding pain behind a calm face can be exhausting. When no one notices, it can make you feel invisible. Remember: being unseen doesn’t mean you’re unworthy. Start by acknowledging your struggle privately—write it down or record a voice note to yourself. The next step is finding one person who feels safe enough to tell, even if it’s through text or a note. Sharing removes the weight of secrecy. Meanwhile, care for your body with food, rest, and movement—it reminds your brain that life continues. If no one responds right away, keep reaching out until someone does. You don’t have to look broken for your feelings to be real. Strength sometimes means holding yourself together quietly until support finally arrives.
