If tears come, let them drain excess stress hormones. Ask for help early; exhaustion hides danger under pride. When alone, anchor through rhythmic motions—rocking, humming, breathing in fours. Treat your body kindly even if mind protests. Once rest returns, review triggers to prevent recurrence. Fatigue distorts perception, but self-awareness restores control. Survival through sleeplessness defines endurance, not weakness.
