Doing small tasks, like cleaning or walking, helps restore direction. Resist labeling yourself as broken; emotions fluctuate like weather. Tell someone trustworthy that you’re uneasy so support doesn’t depend on clear explanations. Over time, patterns emerge showing what drains or restores you. Self-understanding grows each time you handle uncertainty kindly. Not knowing the “why” doesn’t erase your right to care for how you feel.
