Lesson Overview

1.14 – When You’re Angry But Don’t Know Why: Anger without reason feels like carrying fire with no spark. Often, the cause hides under layers of stress, hunger, fear, or exhaustion. Pause before reacting and scan your body: are you tense, tired, ignored, or hungry? These clues turn confusion into understanding. Move energy safely—run, write, punch a pillow, breathe through clenched fists until release. Then talk to yourself like a detective, not a judge: “Something hurt me earlier—what was it?” Trace it backward until the feeling reveals its root. When you find it, validate it instead of denying. Unexplained anger doesn’t make you bad; it means your system needs decoding. Express it respectfully before it chooses its own outlet. Controlled release transforms irritation into clarity. The more often you investigate rather than explode, the more your anger becomes a guide, not an enemy.
