Revisit hobbies, music, or memories that once sparked feeling; they reintroduce color to your inner world. Ask for gentle connection—a conversation, a hug, or simple company. Sometimes being witnessed pulls you back from invisibility. Avoid detaching further by keeping daily structure, even minimal. Track one positive action each day; evidence restores self-definition. Disappearing isn’t real—it’s your brain conserving energy under strain. Nourish it through kindness and time. As you stabilize, visibility returns naturally. The light you thought went out was only dimmed, waiting for acknowledgment to glow again.
