Speak affirmations aloud: “I’m returning to myself.” Avoid forcing clarity; identity restores gradually through patience. Each recognition moment, however brief, rebuilds belonging within your own skin. You’re not lost—just temporarily distant from home inside yourself. Every mindful breath brings you closer to reunion.
