Over time, you’ll recognize early signs of overwhelm and know what tools prevent it. Tracking also teaches patience—you see that emotions rise and fall naturally. Recording even for two minutes a day builds powerful self-awareness. Your tracker becomes both mirror and guide for emotional balance.
