Course overview
Lesson Overview

1.4 – Naming and Labeling Your Emotions: Putting words to feelings gives you control. A simple “I feel angry” can lower the heat inside. Naming the level helps too, like “This is a 4 out of 10.” You can use emotion wheels or lists to find the right word. If you are unsure, try “I feel upset” and then get more specific. Labels help you choose the right tool for relief. They also help you explain your needs to others. Over time, your emotion vocabulary will grow. That makes tough moments easier to navigate. Clear names lead to clear choices.
