Lesson Overview

1.126 – Color-Coded Cooling: Use Visual Cues at Home: Use color signals to communicate emotional space without words. Green can mean calm and open for talking. Yellow might show “I need a short pause.” Red means “Please give me time alone.” Post small cards or magnets in shared areas. Teach everyone what each color means. Use them consistently so trust builds around the system. It prevents shouting and misunderstandings during heated times. Kids and adults both respond quickly to color cues. Visual calm tools reduce conflict before it starts.
