Course overview
Lesson Overview

6.13 – Roleplaying and Acting Out Feelings: Roleplaying lets you explore emotions by pretending or re-enacting situations safely. You can act out conversations you wish had gone differently or express feelings using characters or stories. This helps your brain process unresolved emotions without real-world pressure. It’s often used in therapy to practice new responses or build empathy. Acting out feelings helps you see them from different angles and release their hold. You can even do it alone by imagining or journaling the scene. Expressing emotion this way brings insight and closure. It transforms stuck energy into understanding and freedom.
