🧘🏽 Emotional Regulation & Coping Skills *coming soon *coming soon
Course overview
Lesson Overview

2.12 – Accepting That People May Never Apologize: Waiting for an apology keeps you tied to someone else’s choices. Acceptance frees you from that waiting game. Some people may never say sorry, and that’s a reflection of them, not of your worth. Learning to let go of needing closure from others allows peace to return. You realize that healing is your responsibility, not theirs. When you stop expecting people to fix the past, you regain power over your own emotions. Acceptance helps you create closure from within. It teaches forgiveness without forgetting boundaries. It doesn’t mean you excuse their actions—it means you stop letting them define your peace. This freedom becomes one of the strongest forms of emotional maturity.
