Course overview
Lesson Overview

7.12 – Teaching Others How to Support You When Angry: Not everyone knows what helps you calm down, so teaching them makes support more effective. You can explain, “When I’m angry, I need space first,” or “Please speak softly when I’m upset.” Sharing this builds understanding and prevents conflict. It’s okay to tell people what works and what doesn’t. Doing so turns relationships into safe spaces instead of stress zones. Others can’t read your mind, but they can learn your needs. When you guide them clearly, they help you recover faster. Building this kind of teamwork makes emotional growth a shared process, not a solo one.
