29.40 – Fear and Resilience: Bouncing Back Stronger: Resilience is what helps us recover from fear and keep moving forward. It’s built through practice, patience, and the belief that setbacks are temporary. Fear tests our strength, but resilience shows us how to rebuild it. Each time we face something scary and survive, we prove our ability to recover. Over time, this becomes a foundation for confidence and growth. Resilience doesn’t mean we stop feeling fear—it means fear no longer stops us. It helps us adapt, learn, and keep going even when things get hard. Like a muscle, resilience grows each time we use it. When combined with self-compassion, it becomes one of our greatest defenses against fear’s control.
