Lesson Overview

7.25 – Practicing “Riding the Wave” of Panic: Riding the wave means accepting panic as a temporary surge of energy. Instead of fighting it, you stay balanced and let it rise and fall naturally. Fighting panic adds tension that keeps it going longer. Allowing it to move through your body helps it pass faster. You can focus on your breath or anchor to your surroundings while waiting for the peak to fade. Each time you ride the wave successfully, your confidence grows. You start to see panic as something that comes and goes—not something that controls you. The key is trust: trust in your body, your breath, and your strength. Over time, the waves get smaller, and calm becomes easier to reach.
