Notice the words your mind uses—“They’re better,” “I’ll lose them,” “I’m not enough.” Once you see those thoughts clearly, you can challenge them. Replacing them with balanced truths breaks the old cycle. Mindfulness helps you watch thoughts without believing them right away. The goal isn’t to erase jealousy but to understand it with compassion. Writing or talking about patterns can help reveal what lies underneath. The more aware you are, the freer you become. Awareness turns jealousy into understanding, and understanding turns it into growth.
