5.39 – When Jealousy Becomes Emotional Dependency: Sometimes jealousy turns into needing constant reassurance from others. This emotional dependency creates pressure and drains relationships. You may start to rely on others for validation instead of self-trust. The cycle continues because reassurance never feels like enough. Recognizing this pattern is the first step toward independence. Building inner confidence helps break the need for outside approval. Setting boundaries and spending time alone rebuild self-belief. It’s okay to want closeness, but not at the cost of freedom. Emotional balance means loving others without losing yourself. When you fill your own cup, jealousy and dependence both fade.
