Course overview
Lesson Overview

7.9 – Releasing Anger Through Safe Physical Outlets: Physical activity helps the body burn off anger safely. You can run, hit a punching bag, squeeze a stress ball, or do push-ups. Movement releases chemicals that calm your nervous system and lift your mood. It gives the emotion somewhere to go instead of turning inward or outward destructively. Even brisk walking or shouting into a pillow can release pressure. The key is safety and control—expressing, not harming. After physical release, your mind clears and you can think logically again. Making this a habit transforms anger from chaos into energy that strengthens you.
