The emotion itself isn’t wrong—it’s your body’s alarm system. The behavior that follows can either harm or help. Learning to separate the feeling from the reaction gives you control. When you understand this difference, you can express anger safely. You can feel angry without yelling, hurting, or shutting down. Your body calms faster when you name what’s really happening. Recognizing that anger is a message, not a weapon, changes everything. True mastery begins with seeing emotion and behavior as two separate choices.
