Lesson Overview

30.32 – Reframing Negative Core Beliefs: Trauma often plants harsh beliefs like “I’m not safe,” “I’m broken,” or “It was my fault.” Reframing means challenging those old messages with truth and compassion. You begin by noticing the voice of fear and asking if it’s still true. Often, it came from moments when you had no control. As you question those thoughts, new beliefs start forming—ones that see your strength and worth. Writing or saying them aloud helps your brain build new pathways of trust. Each time you reframe a thought, you shift from surviving to living. The past doesn’t decide who you are now. Over time, truth feels louder than fear. Healing grows where compassion replaces blame.
