🧘🏽 Emotional Regulation & Coping Skills *coming soon *coming soon
Course overview
Lesson Overview

4.6 – Mindful Observation of Thoughts: Thoughts come and go like clouds in the sky, and mindfulness teaches you to watch them without chasing or fighting them. You can picture your thoughts floating by as you breathe, labeling them gently as “worry,” “memory,” or “plan.” This helps you remember that thoughts are not facts—they are passing mental events. Observing them without judgment lowers emotional reactions. You can choose which thoughts to follow and which to let go. Over time, this practice builds emotional balance and mental clarity. You no longer feel trapped by your thinking. You become the observer, not the storm. That space between thought and reaction is where peace begins.
