Course overview
Lesson Overview

29.17 – Fear and Procrastination: Procrastination often hides fear underneath it—fear of failure, judgment, or not being good enough. When we delay a task, it’s not always because we’re lazy; it’s often because fear is whispering doubts. The longer we avoid starting, the more the fear grows and the task feels heavier. Breaking this cycle starts with awareness and small action steps. Doing just one small piece builds momentum and weakens the fear’s voice. Reminding ourselves that progress, not perfection, matters most can help reduce pressure. Fear thrives on delay, but it fades when we take consistent action. Each time we act despite fear, we teach ourselves that we’re capable. Over time, action becomes easier, and fear loses its grip.
