Lesson Overview

7.15 – Creating a “Safe Space” Visualization: Visualization helps your brain feel safety even when your body feels panic. Imagine a place where you feel calm and protected—it could be real or imaginary. Focus on every detail: colors, sounds, smells, and textures. When you picture this place vividly, your nervous system begins to relax. This practice builds an inner refuge that you can visit anytime. Over time, your brain connects this image with peace and stability. You can even pair it with slow breathing for stronger results. Visualization takes practice but becomes easier with repetition. It reminds you that safety can exist within your own mind. Each time you return there, panic loses some of its strength.
