Do a seated twist to open your back. Lift arms overhead and lengthen your sides. Flex and point your feet under the desk. Unclench your jaw and soften your eyes. Take three slow breaths after each stretch. Notice warmth shifting into calmer energy. A flexible body supports a flexible mind.
