🧘🏽 Emotional Regulation & Coping Skills *coming soon *coming soon
Course overview
Lesson Overview

1.263 – Managing personal anger when a sibling undermines your parenting publicly: Public criticism of your parenting can feel humiliating and infuriating. Take deep breaths and maintain composure in front of others. Later, address the sibling privately to explain how it crossed a boundary. Avoid matching their tone or defending every choice publicly. Ask for future feedback to be shared respectfully in private. Reinforce the value of united family support in front of children. If they ignore your request, reduce discussions about parenting with them. Responding with calm authority preserves both respect and family harmony.
