You don’t need perfect grammar or structure—just honesty. Over time, journaling becomes a conversation with yourself filled with care instead of shame. Some days you might write one word; other days, whole pages flow. Both count as healing. The more you write, the clearer your emotions become. Your story begins to feel owned, not haunting.
