Course overview
Lesson Overview

11.14 – Impulsivity and Anger Outbursts: Anger often fuels impulsive words or actions that cause regret. It can rise fast, making logic hard to reach. Learning to spot early signs of anger—like clenched fists or fast breathing—gives you a chance to cool down. Stepping away for a few minutes can prevent damage and create space to think. Calming your body helps calm your mind. Practicing this repeatedly teaches your brain a new path away from explosions. Understanding that anger is a normal emotion reduces shame and builds control. Expressing anger safely through words, art, or exercise keeps it from boiling over. Over time, you’ll notice more peace and fewer regrets. Control becomes strength, not suppression.
