🧘🏽 Emotional Regulation & Coping Skills *coming soon *coming soon
Course overview
Lesson Overview

1.23 – Progressive Muscle Relaxation for Anger: Progressive muscle relaxation helps release the tension anger creates. You tighten and then release muscles one group at a time. This teaches your body to recognize and release stress signals. It brings awareness to how anger feels physically, not just mentally. Relaxation slows breathing, heart rate, and emotional intensity. Doing it daily strengthens your ability to stay calm under stress. It’s useful before tough conversations or after a heated moment. The body becomes a tool for emotional regulation, not resistance. With practice, you’ll spot tension early and ease it faster. Calmness becomes a learned body response.
