These micro-goals prevent overwhelm while building momentum. Finishing three days feels attainable and motivating. Each pause strengthens your self-control muscles. Once you hit three days, extend it to five or seven. Soon, staying calm becomes your natural reflex. What starts as a small challenge grows into a lifelong strength built one pause at a time.
