Lesson Overview

10.32 – Journaling to Explore Feelings of Loneliness: Writing can turn confusing emotions into something you can understand. Journaling lets you release bottled-up thoughts without judgment. You can describe what loneliness feels like, when it appears, and what you need most. Over time, patterns emerge that guide healing. Writing also slows your thoughts, helping you find calm. Sometimes the page becomes a safe friend who listens without interrupting. Reading old entries shows how much progress you’ve made. Journaling builds self-connection, which eases emotional distance. The more you express, the less heavy loneliness feels. Words can become the bridge between pain and peace.
