Lesson Overview

6.42 – Learning to Say No Without Guilt: Saying no protects your time, energy, and mental health. Anxiety often makes people afraid to disappoint others, so they say yes even when overwhelmed. Learning to say no kindly but firmly helps you set healthy limits. Boundaries show that you respect yourself and others. You don’t have to explain every choice—sometimes a simple “I can’t right now” is enough. Over time, saying no gets easier and less scary. It frees space for things that truly matter and keeps burnout away. When you stop stretching yourself too thin, your mind becomes calmer. Guilt fades when you realize that rest and balance make you more present and capable.
